Mi Sofrito has me eating my fingers, lol. I am from the Caribbean and we are serious about our spices. When introduced to "Mi Sofrito," I thought to myself "this is going to be nowhere near my Caribbean spices," but was I in for a pleasant surprise! The first time I used it on my chicken, my husband said "babe, what did you put in the food?" Thinking that he didn't like the taste, I got a bit on the defensive side and asked him if he didn't like it; he said he loved it. The great thing about it is that a little goes a long way, it is value for your money, it's all natural, and the flavor is divine. Mi Sofrito is the "every-dish-spice," and the secret ingredient you have to tell everyone about.

I just have to commend you on your "Mi Sofrito" omg, this stuff is serious business. My grandmother and aunt can't wait for me to pick some more up for them. I was surprised that my GM even liked it b/c she is an old skool PR lady who's cooking is bananas. Your website is also kickin, best wishes with everything your doing "P". PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!!!!Can your company contact Marie Payne from Queens and ask her to submit her recipe for Linguine with Clam Sauce. I would love to try it. I'm not an expert but I think she would probably win that contest your company has.

I picked up a container of Mi Sofrito from my cousin Anthony earlier today, because he knows how I love to cook. We have often spoken of our own personal recipes in the past, comparing our ingredients, and as we speak I am making arroz con gandules with mixed vegies, ham and Mi Sofrito. Prior to cooking the rice I had placed a pork tenderloin, which I had marinating in the fridge for well over four hours, and all I can smell is the Sofrito from the rice! I have yet to taste the rice because it isn't done yet, but I am not waiting for the family reunion tomorrow to get my grub on! I have to have this tonight! Now, it is unlike me to even try my own food as I am cooking it, but based on the smell and my years of experience in the kitchen... I can't wait! Congratulations Mi Sofrito! You have a hot one here!!!

No more chopping , cutting and messing up my kitchen! "Mi Sofrito" is better than my own homemade!!! The consistency is perfect and the blend of spices is right on!! Thank you!!
