| I am so happy that I don't have to make my sofrito anymore. It has always been a task in buying the ingredients, cleaning them, then making it, not to mention that it tastes different every time I make it. Aggravating!! I have tried other sofrito they sell in the supermarkets but to be honest with you, my food tasted nasty after using theirs. My friend told me about your product and brought me a pint. From the first day I used it I couldn't believe how great my food tasted. I have been using Mi Sofrito Puro for about six month's now and EVERY single pint, and now quart, has the same taste in every batch! AWESOME!!!! You guys are the bomb. By the way I'm also ecstatic that this is "Healthy Sofrito!" NO MSG and NO Salt!!! Great! My husband has high blood pressure and he can't have salt! I also didn't know that GOYA's Sofrito and GOYA's Sazon has MSG in the ingredients and I also noticed that some of the other sofrito companies use MSG as well! Don't they know this can kill us? Now I know why we were so tired after eating when I used their sofrito. Due to your website, I don't even use GOYA Sofrito or their Sazon any longer because of the MSG in the ingredients. Now I use LaFlor Sazon. Thank you Mi Sofrito Puro for such excellent product and the education you are giving the Hispanic community! Keep it up! A VERY HAPPY HOUSE WIFE! |

| Mi Sofrito Puro is simply AMAZING !!! Seriously, my mother used it and I tasted the difference in her rice instantly. My words were "WOW, mom your rice is delicious you must be in a great mood today !" LOL- But then she told me it was a new kind of sofrito she wanted to try. I told her how much does she need to get some more... ASAP! Her food was always wonderful to me but with this NEW sofrito it made it even better! Unfortunately, whenever she cooks and guest are over I never can enjoy seconds the next day but its okay I'm learning to sneak some on the side before they even come over hahaha! |

| A few months ago a girlfriend of mine gave me a pint of your sofrito to sample. The taste of your sofrito, or should I say, Mi Sofrito Puro, was unbelievable. To begin with, the aroma that was released in my kitchen, after I opened the container, was something I never smelled so strong in my life! I have tried many different store bought sofrito but none of them even come close to yours. After using it in my red beans and marinating some Spanish stakes and cooking them, my neighbor called me to ask what I was cooking and what ingredients I used. The aroma must have filtered its way into her apartment. I told her of your sofrito and she asked if I could give her some to try. RELUCTANTLY I did. Your product is so good it's like GOLD. You don't want to give it away. Needless to say, it made my food taste as if it was made on the island of Puerto Rico. The compliments I received from my family made me feel so good. Thank you Mi Sofrito for making me look good. - - - I'm running out so I need for my friend to pick up some more "Mi Sofrito" for me!!! Please, please, please, don't ever go out of business. | I am from Indore, India and a friend of mine, from Puerto Rico, gave me some Mi Sofrito Puro. At first I was reluctant in using it because my culture food has a distinct flavor but after tasting her food and listening to her speak so highly of your product, I decided to experiment with it. I can't believe how it has enhance almost all my dishes. I even use it "as is" and have placed it on little Triscuit Nabisco crackers. Thank you Mi Sofrito Puro for opening my eyes (and taste buds) to another wonderful condiment! |
