I just read my wife's comment below and had to collaborate her statement. She did surprise me and the kids with "Mi Sofrito Salsa Dip" one day after church and it was literally gone within 5-10 minutes of arriving home. The flavor is amazing and unique. I would definitely recommend "Mi Sofrito Salsa Dip" to everyone. Thank you Paul for Blessing us with your creation!!! Can't wait to get some more!!!!
And by the way, thank you for producing such an authentic Sofrito. I can honestly say that "Mi Sofrito Puro" is the best in the business! |

I started using Mi Sofrito Puro several months ago because I was tired of using all the other "wannabe" sofritos in the supermarkets and bodegas. I can't believe these companies claim that their product is sofrito. Nothing can be further from the truth! The moment I used "Mi Sofrito Puro" I just knew this product was the real thing. Anything I cooked, with this product, tasted unbelievably. My husband and children complimented me for hours.
Knowing how good their product is, about three weeks ago, I decided to purchase one of their new products, "Mi Sofrito Salsa Dip" and have been hooked ever since. I recall one day purchasing the dip, and my family and I devoured it within 10 minutes of arriving to our home. I am looking forward to adding "Mi Sofrito Salsa Dip" to my new recipes. Thank you for Blessing us with your wonderful creation. "Mi Sofrito Salsa Dip" is a must have!!!! Or should I say, a must eat. |

| I brought some of the "Mi Sofrito Salsa Dip" home and gave it to my wife. I mentioned to her that is was different and had bacon in it. She stated: "Salsa is not suppose to have bacon in it." I ran to the store, came back and about twenty minutes later, it was all gone... Delicious! I have chicken cutlets marinating in the "Mi Sorfrito Puro" as we speak. Cannot wait to try. Your products are awesome. I am glad I met you.... |
