My First experience with "Mi Sofrito Puro" was awesome! Since then, I have seasoned my roasted chicken, steak with red onions, and even my soup. I used to buy store brands like GOYA Sofrito, however, their brand give me gas, BUT NOT THIS ONE!!!!!!! Mi Sofrito Puro has an awesome aromatic scent, unlike others that over power you're house, to the point of nausea.
I also checked out their "Mi Sofrito Salsa Dip." It was ideal in texture, it wasn't watery or too chunky, it was just right, just wish it were a little hotter. I used it with crackers and celery and ate it all before I could try it with chips. Very ADDICTIVE! Lets be honest, most of those other salsa's are loaded with salt and having high blood pressure made it difficult to enjoy. But with this salsa dip, I couldn't get enough, and my blood pressure is fine. I'm pretty picky when it comes to the ingredients, but with these products I don't have to worry about this! My food just keeps tasting better. Can't wait to try out "Mi Sofrito Puro" on some pork chops. This is some fine stuff you put together Paul! Keep it coming!!!! |
